- Behavior: Considers documentation as overhead and values execution over preparation.

The Crisis Manager
- Traits: Thrives in chaotic environments and enjoys firefighting issues as they arise.
- Behavior: Reluctant to adopt proactive measures that might eliminate their reactive role.
