Understanding the Battlefield
The first step in any battle, including the one against back pain, is to understand the terrain. With AI by my side, I dove into the anatomy of the back. The complexity was astounding – a woven masterpiece of muscles, tendons, and bones. AI helped me map out the key players: the latissimus dorsi, the rhomboids, the erector spinae, to name a few.
